FAYETTEVILLE — Ruston (La.) Class of 2025 three-star cornerback Aidan Anding has four schools including Arkansas left on his list of colleges.

Anding, 6-0, 165, used one of his official visits to see Arkansas this weekend. Anding reflected back on the visit.

“The visit went pretty well,” Anding said. “Everybody over here is like family so the visit went pretty good.”

Did this visit do anything to help Arkansas’ chances of landing a commitment from you?

“Yes sir they are still in my Top 4,” Anding said. “Everybody will get the results come July.”

Anding said Texas, TCU and Miami are the other three schools under consideration. He has been on visits to all except Texas and that comes next weekend. He couldn’t name just one highlight from Arkansas’ visit.

“Everything really,” Anding said. “The people, the love.”

Marcus Woodson and Deron Wilson are recruiting Anding for the Hogs. Both have made a strong impression on him.

“I don’t look at them like coaches, I look more like uncles,” Anding said. “That is the relationship I have built with them.”

He has a grade of 89 with 247Sports. They rank him the No. 38 cornerback nationally and No. 13 prospect in Louisiana’s Class of 2025 regardless of position.
