“Brad has been a friend of mine for over 30 years, and I couldn’t be more proud of everything he’s accomplished at Farmington,” Farmington Athletic Director Beau Thompson said in the release. “He’s poured his heart into this program and now gets to pursue a lifelong dream—coaching at the collegiate level. Brad took over a strong program and elevated it to even greater heights. What he’s built here will be incredibly difficult to match.”
Johnson went 403–106 during his time in Farmington, a 79% winning percentage. His 2024 and 2025 teams finished ranked number one in the state.
He joins new Arkansas women’s basketball coach Kelsi Musick’s staff, who was hired last month after spending three seasons at Oral Roberts.
