FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) – A piece of Arkansas baseball history is heading to Cooperstown to be part of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

In 2025, Wood had a 3.82 ERA in 10 starts with 69 strikeouts.
“The only special thing was,” Wood told the media following the no-hitter. “I didn’t want to go home… it was pretty cool.”
Wood is currently slated to enter the MLB draft this upcoming summer. Per Future Star’s, Wood is the 15 best prospect out of 600 in the upcoming MLB draft next month.
