WATCH: Dave Van Horn previews 2025 season at Swatters Club

Fayetteville, AR (KNWA/KFTA) – Coach Van Horn met with the media following his Swatters Club appearance at Fayetteville Public Library on Monday.

The Razorbacks open their season on February 14th against Washington State. The Hogs and Cougars will play a four game series from Friday-Monday.

Arkansas players have received an abundance of preseason honors ahead of the 2025 season. Gabe Gaeckle, Landon Beidelschies, and Zach Root were named Preseason All-Americans by Perfect Game. Gaeckle was named Preseason SEC Pitcher of the Year by Baseball America.

In the preseason polls, Baseball America ranks the Hogs No. 4, D1Baseball ranks Arkansas No. 5, and Perfect Game has the Razorbacks at No. 13.
