Arkansas lands second pledge of day for 2025

FAYETTEVILLE — Owasso (Okla.) Class of 2025 offensive tackle Blake Cherry has committed to Arkansas.
Cherry, 6-5, 295, is a three-star recruit joins Little Rock Parkview athlete Quentin Murphy, 6-1, 205, in giving a pledge to the Hogs today.
Cherry chose the Hogs over such schools as Kansas, Kansas State, Arizona State, Boston College. Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Nebraska and many others.
Cherry visited Arkansas on Jan. 20 for a Prospect Day. He was offered by Eric Mateos at that time. Mateos is his lead recruiter. Cherry is from the same high school that produced wide receiver Keon Hatcher and others.
He is the eighth pledge for Arkansas in 2025. He has an official visit set to Arkansas for the June 14 weekend. He was one of Arkansas’ priority recruits in Oklahoma this season.
