Inclement Weather Alters Hogs’ Opening Weekend

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Inclement weather has altered the Razorbacks’ Opening Weekend series at Baum-Walker Stadium.

Instead of playing Sunday afternoon as originally scheduled, Arkansas and Washington State will play a doubleheader on Opening Day with first pitch in game one of the series scheduled for noon Friday. The doubleheader, still set to stream on SEC Network+, will consist of two nine-inning contests with approximately a 30-45-minute break between games.

According to the National Weather Service, Sunday’s forecasted high is 30 degrees with wind gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday’s matchup, the third of the four-game set, is still scheduled for 2 p.m. on SEC Network+. The series finale between the Razorbacks and Cougars will get underway at noon Monday on SEC Network+ as originally scheduled.

Friday’s single-game and season tickets are valid for both games of that day’s doubleheader. Sunday’s season tickets are no longer valid. Sunday’s single-game ticket purchasers through ArkansasRazorbacks.com can exchange their tickets for another game based upon availability, including Friday’s doubleheader, or can request a refund.

Refunds for ticket purchases made through secondary markets such (SeatGeek, StubHub, etc.) must be requested on the platforms where the tickets were purchased. For more info, contact the Razorback Ticket Center at 479-575-5151.
