
Jalon Copeland got to hang out with future teammates

FAYETTEVILLE — Valdosta (Ga.) cornerback Jalon Copeland has been committed to Arkansas since March 15 and took an official visit this past weekend to his future school.
Copeland, 6-1, 180, chose Arkansas after receiving 40 offers. He will play cornerback at Arkansas. Copeland said the official visit was a good one and talked about his favorite part.
“Hanging out with the players,” Copeland said. “Great bonding.”
He liked his recruiting hosts who are also cornerbacks at Arkansas.
“Selman (Bridges) and Keshawn (Davila),” Copeland said.
He talked about what they had to say about playing for Arkansas.
“You won’t feel left out here when you come here,” Copeland said. “I know it’s a great place to be.”
