Green Bay, WI (KNWA/KFTA) – Landon Jackson was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the third round on Friday night.

Jackson heads to the Bills to join recently signed Joey Bosa and Bills star Greg Rousseau. He’ll look to boost the Buffalo defense who have yet to get to the Super Bowl with Josh Allen at quarterback.

The selection puts a bow on a special Razorback career for Jackson. The defensive end was selected to the All-SEC Second Team in 2023 and 2024.

In three seasons at Arkansas, Jackson racked up 16 sacks, 28 tackles for loss, and 116 total tackles. He finished each of the last two seasons with 6.5 sacks.

Jackson starred at the NFL Draft Combine in Indianapolis earlier this year. According to the NFL’s Next Gen Stats, he finished with an athleticism score of 85, ranking second among participating edge players. His vertical jump of 40.5’’ ranked first among all participating edge players.

Jackson’s best game as a Razorback came in 2023 when he finished with 3.5 sacks in a loss to Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He became the first Hog since 2013 to record three or more sacks in one game.
