WATCH: Coach Pittman previews primetime clash with No. 4 Tennessee

Fayetteville, AR (KNWA/KFTA) – Coach Pittman met with the media Monday morning to preview Saturday’s matchup with No. 4 Tennessee.

A win against the Volunteers on Saturday would be Arkansas’ first top-5 victory since defeating No. 3 Tennessee 28-24 in 1999.

Saturday marks just the third time the two teams have met since 2015. Arkansas won the matchup in 2020 24-13 in Fayetteville. The Vols lead the all-time series 13-6.

Tennessee is 4-0 and beating opponents by more than 40 points per game.
