WATCH: Dave Van Horn and players speak to media after 4-3 win over #8 LSU

FAYETTEVILLE, Ar. (KNWA/KFTA) – Following #1 Arkansas baseball’s 4-3 extra inning win over #8 LSU, head coach Dave Van Horn, catcher Hudson White, starting pitcher Mason Molina, and closer Gabe Gaeckle.

Arkansas found themselves down by two runs thanks to a Josh Pearson single in the top of the third, but fought back to take the lead in the fourth.

After a leadoff double by junior second baseman Peyton Stovall in the bottom of the ninth, the Hogs were unable to score. Thus, fans at Baum-Walker Stadium were gifted free baseball.

Will Edmunson got on base for the Hogs thanks to an error for the tigers. The next batter, White, was able to end the game with a one out double and give the Hogs the series win over LSU.
