FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) – Following Arkansas baseball clinching a spot in the men’s college world series taking down Tennessee 11-4 in game two of the super-regional, head coach Dave Van Horn, sophomore outfielder Charles Davalan, sophomore second baseman Cam Kozeal, and senior outfielder Logan Maxwell spoke to the media.

Arkansas used home runs from three different players to power their way past Liam Doyle and Tennessee in game two.

It started with Davalan, before Maxwell hit his first career grand slam to get the Hogs up 7-1. Brent Iredale joined the party later in the game to push the score to 11-2.

The combination of Gage Wood, Cole Gibler, Aiden Jimenez, Parker Coil, and Christian Foutch kept the Vols in check all afternoon allowing just four runs on eight hits.

Arkansas now heads to Omaha for the 12th time in program history and eighth time in the Dave Van Horn era.
