WATCH: Future Hog Joscelyn Roberson embracing role for Team USA as she gets ready for Paris

FAYETTEVILLE, AR (Pig Trail Nation)- Future Razorback Joscelyn Roberson is a part of the Gymnastics team for the USA, joining the five gymnasts as an alternate.

Roberson, who trains with Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles at World Champions Centre in Spring, TX, is excited about her opportunity to be whatever the team needs her to be. She also knows she has to be ready at a moment’s notice if anything were to happen. During the trials in Minneapolis three gymnasts had to drop out due to injury.

“It’s so hard, and I don’t think that’s happened before having that many. But it just really shows the importance of the role that I’m in right now as the alternate,” says Roberson, “It just really gives me like, I don’t know, I don’t know the exact word, like more determination to be ready just in case and and just go out there and keep my routines as clean and as perfect as I’ve had them.”
