WATCH: Coach Van Horn and players recap 12-3 win over South Carolina in game two

Fayetteville, AR (KNWA/KFTA) – Coach Van Horn, as well as Aiden Jimenez, Wehiwa Aloy, and Will McEntire met with the media following No. 3 Arkansas’ 12-3 victory over South Carolina in game two. The victory clinches the series for the Razorbacks.

The Razorbacks jumped on the Gamecocks early plating eight runs in the first inning. All eight came with two outs. In total, Arkansas had 14 batters come to the plate during the inning.

Both Jimenez and McEntire played vital roles out of the bullpen in the victory. Starter Gabe Gaeckle was pulled after allowing three earned runs in 1.2 IP. Jimenez and McEntire pitched the final 7.1 innings without giving up an earned run.

Arkansas and South Carolina meet for the series finale at Baum-Walker on Sunday at 2 p.m. The game will be streamed on SEC Network Plus.
